Whether it is a fit issue or a change of mind, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution so you can get back to the stable.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Log into your Horze account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Place the items, including all original tags and protective equestrian packaging, into a secure shipping box along with your printed return form.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
